It can be used for booths. = recommendation = The costs of printing one of them is estimated to be below $100 USD. So the total of 2 banners should be below $200 USD. This is one of the events that Fedora has planned [1] to celebrate. It will take place on 25 March 2016. Through this celebration, Fedora will be able to promote its presence and the importance of Open Standards. = reason = Fedora in SG will be celebrating this event and will like to apply for funding of for the cake and pizzas. Costs of food in Singapore is quite high as compared to other APAC countries. It is estimated that we'll need $200 USD for this event. But this year they could not accommodate it into budget. -> https://rootconf.in/2016/ We(Fedora) has an allocated ~300/- USD budget for this event. -> https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FAD_Singapore_2015/Events I spoke to the event organizers for having a Fedora booth at Rootconf, they are looking for about Rs 50,000/-(=~ 750 USD) for a booth. This means, we _may not_ have budget for any travel subsidies for attendees. I was wondering if it'd be possible for us to raise our allocated(USD 300/-) budget by some margin? Maybe around ~500 USD? I'm negotiating with the organizers and also trying to find out if we could raise the balance amount in anyway. We need confirmations from APAC(non-India) ambassadors to raise our allocated Fedora budget for the Rootconf 2016. If it's okay with you, please vote for the same here.
