bex reported a new issue against the project: `ambassadors-apac` that you are following: `` @izhar has been doing a great job but is often busy and unavailable. When this happens there is no one else in APAC who has access to the budget and can drive tickets through the finance process. There is also a potential conflict of interest if @izhar himself ever needs a reimbursement as it may not be reviewed by anyone but him as both Treasurer and Credit Card Holder. I believe that APAC should split these roles to both provide extra support to @izhar and to allow the region to have more than one person driving the budget. In recognition of his service, I suggest we allow @izhar to retain whichever role he wants and appoint a new person for the other one.
