[ambassadors-apac] Issue #300: Budget request for Fedora swag at DevConf.in 2018 Bengaluru, India
pjp reported a new issue against the project: `ambassadors-apac` that you are following: `` Red Hat is organizing DevConf.in 2018 developers' conference in Bengaluru, India on 4-5 Aug 2018.

A request for Fedora booth space was required during the CFP period via the CFP form. No such request was made.
So Fedora will likely get small space at the Red Hat booth at the venue. We need to prepare swag: stickers/pens/camera cover sliders etc.
Sticker: ~5/p * 1000 => 5,000/- INR Pen: ~20/p * 250 => 5,000/- INR Camera slider: ~300/p * 100 => 30,000/- INR
Considering above approximations, we may need budget provision of roughly ***USD: 600/- (INR ~ 42,000/-)*** . We can discuss more in the meeting. ``

I think this will need more discussions and @bex needs to look at our budget.
The budget is here: https://budget.fedoraproject.org/budget/FY19/apac.html -- even without mindshare we are fine. Mindshare also has budget so this is not held on budget. Either APAC needs to get it approved or we need to open a mindshare ticket to approve this. ``

2) Does everyone agree with the mentioned swag proposal above? Ie. If you have suggestions/inputs for any other swag(Bottles/Buttons/Wrist bands/key chains etc.) Please let us know here, and we can decide which ones to go for as per the available budget.

For sticker and pen it's an approximate cost from past experience. For camera slider, I checked online, cost ranges from 3 - 9 USD, for approximation I picked ~5 USD. Need to check with the vendor. ``
