I strongly support this ticket - Fabian Affolter and i will be at this conference and meet Chokden - it will be a good opportunity to discuss the progress and future activities for the tibetan Community and would spare us a costly trip to Dharamsala - which was sponsored by other entities than Fedora the last time.
We also will join forces with other Fedora Ambassadors from India who will be at the conference in their role with RedHat (Prasad,Rupali?)
We work together since a couple of years and Chokden talked about his activities on the last last fudcon in Pune.

According to APAC Reimbursement guidelines [1], this ticket needs to be approved by a FAmSCo member, CC holder or a person approved by CC holder.
Since there is no APAC person elected in this FAmSCo term (correct me if I am wrong), you need to wait for @izhar (APAC CC holder) to process this. Otherwise, you need to wait to the next APAC meeting (IIRC, next Friday)

thanks tuanta for the clarification - one remark, you know that i processed the APAC reimbursements for quite a while - if izhar can confirm there is 219$ USD left in the budget i could take care for the reimbursement.
With the new reporting introduced by bex we can make sure it is reported in the right way
