Is it 1 in 5 from a soft resets or are they all hard resets? I had an issue on the pogos
where it would only work with a hard reset. I attributed it to env variables but that may
not have been correct and it very well may not be the same issue.

I'm sure you don't need me to confirm you're on the right track, but
yes, with the patch, able to boot every time on the Wandboard, rather
than a one in five chance.
