[atomic-wg] Issue #513: Hibernation enabled with ISO based installation

walters added a new comment to an issue you are following: `` My attempts to remove the systemd generator weren't enough; I eventually discovered there's also a `/usr/lib/dracut/modules.d/95resume` that parses the `resume=` kernel command line. But nuking that still doesn't seem to be enough.
