Comment:
Since the original creation of this badge, OPW has been renamed as
[https://www.gnome.org/outreachy/ GNOME Outreachy]. This badge's subtitle
should be reflected to show that information -- I think a slash would be
fine (e.g. "OPW / Outreachy").
Additionally, I also want to nominate two new recipients of this badge who
applied in the past Outreachy cycles, but due to last-minute qualification
issues with GNOME, were unable to receive the internships available.
However, despite this, both applicants have remained active contributors
in the Fedora community and participate in the areas of CommOps or Fedora
Hubs. Even though it isn't official, I think they have earned the badge
through their actions.

#426: 100 badges badge off by one?

Problem:
Apparently I have 99 badges
(https://badges.fedoraproject.org/user/zbyszek)
But I got the 100 badges badge. So the count seems of by one or by two
even.
Note: I got the "consolation prize" badge, so it seems that I had some
badge that
was removed. Maybe that's the reason for the difference.

Comment (by pnemade):
Thank you ralph for your reply here.
The reason I asked is to know who awarded/suggested my inactive FAS name
paragn. Looks like I should have corrected CommOps people earlier to use
my correct FAS id but they could have found it easily by only looking for
active FAS names.
Please I kindly request to remove this badge from paragn FAS user. Also,
good not to award badges to inactive users. I think we store all the
fedmsg data so when user either changes his status to active or if needed
if inactive user logs into badges application then only award those badges
which that user earned when he/she was inactive.

What the badge should be granted for: For attending FOSDEM 2015, we will
have a QR code at Fedora booth.
Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
You need to attend FOSDEM 2016.
For the design, we can just change the year on the last year's badge:
