Basically this means we can't build any images (rawhide/Fedora23/etc) because the builder hosts have been moved to Fedora 23. The following BZ has more info. Please discuss in the bug if you have comments about the technicals. Please discuss here otherwise.

Possible this KVM kernel regression, fixed upstream but not in f23 yet:
