The git repository started to become huge pile mes^H^H^H of different things so I reorganized it. Now git root contains only: backend cli copr-setup.txt frontend README rel-eng selinux

What was previously subpackages is now standalone package. And each directory contains only what is relevant for that part. Additionally I granted write access to Mikolaj Izdebski who plan to create java binding/library for Copr. And to Michal Srb who plan to create Jenkins plugin.
