No. Desktop users (not in RH, I mean people who install Fedora at home,
office, institute) usually won't do it.
For these users we want to provide out-of-the box working config,
no tweaking necessary apart from bugzilla config.
I am not sure it's wise to include remote server components
into this setup.
Also, many (most) such users would want to use GUI.
