I made a post earlier regarding the changes to the desktop since 7.3. A respondant suggested that I was troubleshooting incorrectly. One response suggested that changes to GNOME, not the window manager were the source of my problems.
That said, would this the be the proper forum to speak, should I wish to effect change to the current desktop packaging?

Probably, that or possibly fedora-devel, although fedora-desktop tends to focus on desktop discussion. What sort of changes to the current desktop packaging are you proposing?
