/usr/share/doc is 141mb, but I'm not sure how viable it would be to remove it (everything except the release notes). We could possibly split out the big guys into -docs subpackages.
The largest documentation directories being:
5.1M ./bash-3.2 6.8M ./cups-1.3.5 8.1M ./ghostscript-8.61 9.4M ./selinux-policy-3.2.5
