Absolutely loving the new style of the GNOME Shell theme (notably the "pop-overs", like the calendar/notifications area). However, the new grey colour of these are now make the topbar look a bit out of place (it is still the solid black). Previously, the topbar and the popovers were both black, and it kinda worked, now it looks a little off to me (IMHO).
Is there any plan to change the colour of the topbar at all? I note on the lock screen, the topbar is slightly transparent, so it looks a little closer to the grey of the pop-overs.
cheers, ryanlerch

Wrong place to discuss this. This should be discussed upstream.

Should I file a bug? or talk in IRC. There is no mailing list for design upstream.
I sent it here in the hope that the upstream designers who are also involved in Fedora Workstation might have some insight. I don't want to file a bug if it is a design choice to be like that. If it is a design choice to be like that, then i would love to have a discussion here WRT Fedora about possibly doing this different in Fedora.

I can't see Fedora having a different topbar color than upstream.
