On August 28 a number of people will be traveling to Fedora's Flock conference, including Yrs. Truly. Should we try and arrange a substitute chair for the meeting, or cancel?

I would either cancel it, or reschedule the meeting. I expect attendance would be low if held during Flock.
I don't think there's anything urgent to discuss.

Myself, Owen and Christian will also be enroute to flock. Will we have quorum ?
