Sorry for the kick-in-the-ass message, but https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=955779 has received just about zero developer feedback, despite being a pretty damn major problem in the F19 release. I've poked various people to try and get them to look at it, on IRC and via the bug, with no success, so now I'm trying this list.

Basically, quite a lot of people with non-Shell-capable graphics hardware (or "hardware", in the case of VMs) report that they can't get from GDM to Shell. They should be getting llvmpipe rendering of both GDM and Shell, but at some point in the handoff from one to the other, everything goes sideways.

They can log in from KDM or LightDM (i.e. a non-accelerated DM) to Shell successfully.
