Our chair was unavailable and the meeting agenda was actually empty, so we agreed to defer. I'll fix the rotation accordingly; Matthias can do July 16 and everyone follows similarly. We can plan ahead to defer the August 13th meeting due to Flock.

I'll also get a RH calendar entry together for those who use that, in hopes it makes things easier in the future.
