Colin Walters and I met while I was in Westford (several times, thanks Colin!), and one of the items we discussed was finding some ways to better spread news about Desktop work and happenings. The existing Fedora Weekly News seemed to both of us to be a good place for this.

Is there anyone on this list who is interested in taking up a weekly beat for Desktop for FWN? The total time needed to do this is probably no more than an hour or so a week to summarize important discussions and news, and write it into the wiki (later, the input would go into our content management system, which promises to be at least as easy).
