Hi man,
i'm still confused about your acting and speaking :)
see
https://github.com/mate-desktop/eom/commit/977222daed8436b7486285fce163809c…https://github.com/mate-desktop/eom/issues/56
Why did you a pull request to add a appdata file in mate upstream and waste other developers time?
On the other side why you classify mate as a non compatible desktop?
[rave@fedora-21 ~]$ gsettings get org.gnome.software compatible-projects
['GNOME', 'KDE', 'XFCE']
.....more than strange.
... please'll no mate haters ;)
happy rest year,
Wolfgang
Hi folks! A lot of people will still be winding down from holidays,
and there's nothing major on the agenda so far as I'm aware, so
proposing we cancel tomorrow's meeting. If anyone has anything that
needs urgent discussion, please reply to this mail and we can arrange
for the meeting to go ahead, otherwise let's take a break and enjoy
more breakfast / coffee / beer (delete as appropriate :>) Thanks
everyone!

Hi,
I with my friend (Vitaly Sulimov) developed easy application for
Android to use Fedora pastebin[0].
I often using my android device to do my work (help people in
irc/jabber, etc.) and I need send some code from phone. This is not
useful to do via web browser (I'm using FF).
So, we created app where you can choose language, paste/write code and
press send. If all ok - your clipboard will contain URL.
Also, I developed (just for fun) Gtk+ client[1] for Linux using GLib,
Soup, etc. With async and etc (only one text will be uploaded at the
time, other will be cancel).
Hope you will find this apps or source code useful. Patches are welcome ;)

Who else thinks that this part of texlive-base's %preinstall is not really
such a hot idea:
for i in `find /home/*/.texlive* -type d -prune`; do
find $i -name *.fmt -type f | xargs rm -f > /dev/null 2>&1
done
I was wanting to play around with F2FS about 6 months ago, found it wasn't
yet included in the F20 kernel (even though Fedora packages f2fs-tools?).
I did a quick search and found some comments basically saying it was under
heavy development, stay away, etc. etc. so I kinda forgot about it.
Today I see an article on Phoronix:
http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=MTg3MDQ
which wonders why Fedora doesn't ship it. Then, it says Ubuntu and other
distributions are shipping it? I then find out that the Nexus 9 tablet
uses it as its default file system...
So, Ubuntu and other distributions ship it... Google is using it for their
latest tablets, yet Fedora says it isn't ready to ship?
Something isn't right. I thought Fedora was suppose to be on the leading
edge. Is this some sort of political thing with Redhat/Samsung?
