Unfortunately, I think many users wouldn't find the real rpmfusion that way.
But then one could have documentation and word-of-mouth documenting one just has to replace .us with .org/.eu in the fedora-approved repo files for stuff to just work. Not to mention the power of google in that case - I doubt it would rank the .eu site higher than the other one.
