Yes. I haven't focused on getting it working for Beta since they decided to continue to use livecd-creator, but I will have it working for Final.
With that timeline, I think it's going to be hard to *use* it for F18 Final, but I can certainily start testing it. Then, we can look at adopting it for F19.
