In theory there's nothing preventing this. Deciding on/defining a concise display of capabilities info that doesn't mess up the formatting of ps/ls/etc
I don't think you need to display them, just display something that says "this is more than it seems" ... like ACLs. Something as simple as "-rwcr-xr-x." instead of "-rwsr-xr-x." for setuid.
Seems like a good idea for a bug report...
