libkprint, kde-print-manager, etc. may have dependencies that make the mix impossible. I don't know for sure, though.
I didn't find out who maintains libkprint in Fedora, but I found kde-print-manager's maintainer - rdieter (adding him to CC). Rex, would you mind commenting this change?
Also, kde-print-manager *should* be license compatible (can be shipped as GPLv3) Haven't thoroughly checked though.
