Will packages with untouched FTBFS bugs also be removed like the normal process dictates?

libmspack
I'm going to unorphan this one, because I use it as dependency it my experimental package of the upcoming wxGTK 3.0. But per upstream web pages there are other projects that use most likely embedded copies of this library - wine, openoffice.org and cabextract

In the past libsmpack was lagging behind cabextract embedded library version. Since the latest release was done concurrently, maybe the latest cabextract may use the system libsmapck.

I just checked that cabextract and libmspack are indeed in sync. There is now a ./configure option --with-external-libmspack that may be used to link against system libmspack.
