I wonder if someone can remove the "Fedora Components" group from this bug. (I cannot do it).

Can you tell who added it? Perhaps look in the history, see who added it and mail them directly?

I think it was added by the reporter, but they ignored a NEEDINFO request to remove it.
I hope some admin has enough permissions to just go in and remove it.

We've also identified a root cause - misconfigured Bugzilla groups that were not supposed to be visible/available to be set for bugs.
Folks in our team will have a look so this doesn't happen again.
