Background: R recently released 3.4.0, which introduced changes that required all "compiled" R modules to be rebuilt against it. I've been working over the last week or so to do this, and at the same time, bring them to the latest revisions.
Unfortunately, CRAN and Bioconductor (where the majority of R modules live) have a bit of a dependency creep problem, where almost every update adds new dependencies on other R modules (it's even worse if you run the test suites). In order to finish this work and push the R 3.4.0 update to stable, I need to have the following new R packages reviewed:
R-GenomeInfoDbData : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1456973 R-Snow : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1457390 R-futile.options : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1457391 R-lambda.r : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1457393 R-futile.logger : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1457395 R-BiocParallel : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1457396 R-magrittr : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1457404 R-R6 : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1457405 R-matrixStats : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1457447 R-DelayedArray : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1457449 R-SummarizedExperiment : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1457451 R-GenomicAlignments : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1457453
None of these are terribly complicated, so they should be very quick reviews.
I will happily trade reviews and or other favors to get these done, ideally, this week.
Thanks in advance,
~tom

I can take a few a these. If you could review these two python packages for me:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1448040 Review Request: python-ipyparallel - Interactive Parallel Computing with IPython
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1448041 Review Request: python-metakernel - Metakernel for Jupyter
The second one uses the first one when running tests, so they need to be done in sequence.
Mattias
I just need one more review...
