You invoked livecd creator with --config ks.cfg. The ks.cfg is a kickstart file. It controls how livecd or revisor will build the iso.

The kickstart file either needs to have at least one repo command in it or it needs to use an include command to include another kickstart file that does include a repo command. Otherwise livecd-creator doesn't know where to find the packages needed to build the image.
