Just before I open a bug report, is this happening to anyone else? I have a viewvc install in F-14, behind mod_python, that keeps segfaulting Apache through segfaults in /usr/lib64/libpython2.7.so.1.0.

Hi,
mod_python project is officially dead since june, it had no release since february 2007. You should move to mod_wsgi which a community supported alternative for python web applications. http://blog.dscpl.com.au/2010/06/modpython-project-is-now-officially.html http://blog.dscpl.com.au/2010/05/modpython-project-soon-to-be-officially.htm...
Unless anyone wants to revive mod_python, it should be removed from repositories.
Best regards, H.

Thanks for the pointer. According to viewvc INSTALL file, wsgi and fcgi appear to be somewhat second class supported. But, yeah, maybe we should give it a go and see how it pans out.

Could someone please patch and rebuild mod_python for F-14. It's all here:

Build done and heading to testing. If jorton is around and wants to take a look, that would be great.
