I would review it for wdune sponsoring.
Sorry---I'm not current with the wdune scenario. I assumed you meant that you'd review it unofficially as part of the work to get sponsored to the packagers group:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_get_sponsored_into_the_packager_group#...
I'm not a sponsor yet so I cannot sponsor you to the group myself, but once you've done a few reviews, a sponsor will be happy to take a look at them and guide you through the sponsorship process.
If you've submitted a review ticket for wdune already, I will be happy to review it and provide comments.

Hello,
Here's the next NeuroFedora package that needs review:
- auryn: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1671171
Always happy to swap reviews :)
Hello,
Here are a few new NeuroFedora packages that need review. Happy to swap reviews---I only have the one review to do at the moment which I intend to complete over the weekend.
- calcium-calculator: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1731528 This is a trivial review. If you are a beginner looking for a simple package to review, try this one.
- python-pytest-sugar: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1731568 This is also a trivial review!
- python-matplotlib-scalebar: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1731594 This is *also* a trivial review!
- python-netpyne: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1731592
- python-pingouin: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1731583
- MUSIC: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1731487 This one is slightly advanced since it is built with MPI also. This is where we have the ppc build failing, so it may need some investigation.

If you could, please have a look at: R-rpm-macros - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1731422 The package itself is fairly trivial, and the actual implementation stuff is being reviewed elsewhere.

I'll wait on this until you've investigated the build failure.

Yes---working on this too. It's an odd one.
Hello everyone,
Two more deps require review. Swaps welcome again :)
- python-airspeed: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1731648 - python-pyelectro: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1731657
These are both relatively straightforward Python packages.

Hello,
Two more NeuroFedora packages need review if anyone would like to swap reviews please?
- 1150441 – Review Request: iv - InterViews graphical library: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1150441
- 1770582 – (jLEMS) Review Request: jLEMS - Java Interpreter for the Low Entropy Model Specification language: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1770582
IV is quite important---it's the GUI for the NEURON simulator[1]. jLEMS is the reference implementation of LEMS.

Hello,
Would anyone like to swap reviews please? I'd like to get Arbor reviewed for NeuroFedora. It's a multi-compartment neural network simulation library:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1780906
The spec is a little long, since Arbor is also built with MPI support. Unofficial reviews are also most welcome.
Hello,
Updating python-pingouin to the latest version requires python-outdated, which requires python-littleutils.
Would anyone like to swap reviews please?
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1798944 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1798940
These are trivial python packages, so unofficial reviews from folks learning packaging are most welcome.
Hello there
I will be happy to take these reviews (since they seem to be very easy :P).

Hello,
Would anyone like to swap a review please? I'd like to get "STEPS" reviewed for inclusion in NeuroFedora:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1821069
Hello,
Would anyone like to swap simple reviews please? I'd like to get python-spyking-circus reviewed for NeuroFedora:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1827948
Description: SpyKING CIRCUS is a python code to allow fast spike sorting on multi channel recordings. A publication on the algorithm can be found at https://elifesciences.org/articles/34518.
It has been tested on datasets coming from in vitro retina with 252 electrodes MEA, from in vivo hippocampus with tetrodes, in vivo and in vitro cortex data with 30 and up to 4225 channels, with good results. Synthetic tests on these data show that cells firing at more than 0.5Hz can be detected, and their spikes recovered with error rates at around 1%, even resolving overlapping spikes and synchronous firing. It seems to be compatible with optogenetic stimulation, based on experimental data obtained in the retina.
Hello,
I managed to package another two tools on the NeuroFedora list over the weekend:
- python-sciunit: A Test-Driven Framework for Formally Validating Scientific Models Against Data
- jneuroml-core: The NeuroML 2 Schema and ComponentType definitions in LEMS
Would someone like to swap reviews please? The first is a simple enough Python package, and the second is quite a simple Java package:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1827957 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1828079
Hello,
I've got a new NeuroFedora package for review, python-niapy: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1851634
Would anyone like to swap reviews please?
Hello,
I'm working on packaging NetPyNE[1] for NeuroFedora next, a tool used for simulation and analysis of neuroscientific computational models using the NEURON simulator. It's first dependency is the python-bokeh web-visualisation library[2]. Would someone like to swap reviews please?
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1879291

Hello,
Would anyone like to swap reviews please? I've got another package ready for inclusion in NeuroFedora:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1882527
"1882527 – Review Request: python-sklearn-nature-inspired-algorithms - Nature Inspired Algorithms for scikit-learn"
Hello,
Another really simple single binary package for NeuroFedora is ready for review: mod2c: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1886957
This is required to build the optimised CoreNeuron component of the NEURON simulator.
Would anyone like to swap reviews please?

Thanks a lot for the offer :). I might have something coming, but just not yet.
Hi folks,
I hope everyone is safe and doing well.
python-meautility is a new dependency needed to update python-lfpy to its latest release, so I've packaged it up and submitted a package review here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1902102
It's a standard Python package. Would anyone like to swap reviews please?

Hiya Ankur! I reviewed your package. No swap expected, but could you push your gargi-fonts package to Rawhide? I'm working on an update to Widelands and I might need it :).
Cheers, Andy

Thanks very much! I'll complete the review after work this evening.
I've also kicked off a build for gargi-fonts for rawhide. I hadn't realised it hadn't been built there yet.

Not a problem and you're very welcome! :)
Widelands itself is also not in Rawhide yet so I'll have to get that going, too.
Hi everyone,
I'd like to get these two tickets reviewed:
- 1150105 – (python-pynn) Review Request: python-pynn - Simulator-independent specification of neuronal network models https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1150105
- 1913491 – Container Review Request - compneuro - The CompNeuro container image includes commonly used neuron modelling and simulation tools https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1913491
The second one is for our self contained change: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Comp_Neuro_Container
Would anyone like to swap reviews please?
