The expat update request was first submitted by Joe Orton back in June: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=195888

for some reason, it's also assigned to himself, and the status is still NEW. Has this bug perhaps slipped out of the radar screen?
