Hi,
I filed a bug about ACPI: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=166413
As you see, it's sugested to use the latest kernel available, but I cannot see where to download it. For exaple, my usual mirror: ftp://ftp.univ-pau.fr/pub/mirrors/fedora/updates/4/SRPMS/
does not serve the thing. Any suggestion?

That's the 'updates' repository, not updates-testing.
look in updates/testing/4/
