It's the place where you can found util-linux patch (or src.rpm) with full cryptsetup-luks support for mount, umount, swapon and swapoff. The patch supports classic cryptsetup and LUKS extension too.

When will we see it in rawhide?
I would like to see things like this one in the util-linux upstream rather than add it as a patch to FC package. It means that we should wait for upstream developer. The official answer is that upstream maintainer works on more important things now :-(
