It is important because it help the growth and indepencia for project. would help better stability in the working groups and good ideas are created,to help positively to the development of project manner.

In organizations with innovative cultures usual promote the diversity of its people, with inclusion criteria based on equality, respect and non-discrimination. The company's competitive knowledge economy requires talented and motivated people who bring unique knowledge, relevant experience and dissimilar approaches to integrate high performance teams serving innovative cutting projects.
In next-generation collaborative environments, the valuable contribution of these people can be expressed in a common stream of innovative products and services.
Traditionally certain business values are promoted to encourage diversity of templates in conditions of equity and equality, and obey commands regulators. Also, in response to corporate social responsibility programs, designed specifically to refurbish the image of the company in question to certain interest groups.
