**Discussed in [2017-02-08 meeting](https://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/teams/diversity/diversity.2017-0…
# Summary
Now that the Diversity FAD has concluded ( #8 ), we need to write an official report on the Community Blog, and individuals are encouraged to write their own reports for their own blogs or publishing platform of choice.
# Analysis
One of the questions I heard most during DevConf when people found out about our FAD was, "Awesome! What happens in a Diversity FAD?" Ideally, our reports should help answer this question and show what we worked on, what we accomplished, and what our goals for the future are. In the official report, tying it back to the [logic model](https://fedoraproject.org/w/uploads/b/bc/Diversity_FAD_2017_Logic_Mo… will be important to communicate how we met our originally proposed goals.
The drafting of this post will likely take place in an Etherpad, and then be converted over to a Community Blog post after peer review / editing by the team. Progress on this will be updated in this ticket.
# Implementation
1. Begin drafting official report in Etherpad ( @jflory7 + @amsharma )
2. Share final draft with team, get feedback
3. Export to Community Blog post, share and publish
**FIRST DRAFT DUE**: Monday, 2017 February 13
# Existing posts
Individual blog posts can be found below. If you write your own post, please add a comment in the ticket linking your post!

Hi All,
Wednesday March 8 is International Women's Day [1], an annual global event
that aims to forge a more diverse and inclusive working world.
Though women is a underrepresented gender in Fedora community, they make
a substantial impact.
Let's celebrate women's day by appreciating and recognizing women
contribution in Fedora.
I hope we will all make an effort to ensure that Fedora is a diverse and
inclusive community.
Thanks & Regards,
Amita

https://djangogirls.org/coc/ - Two main points to notice in djangogirls COC -
1. It is available in more than one language. Excellent !
2. It is clearly highlighted that "The staff is well informed on how to deal with the incident and how to further proceed with the situation." . I will work on to explore this part to know "how".

Are these action items done Justin, I would like to help here with your guidance if possible?

I think we need infra help or a repo, where we can store pictures and videos. Over the period of time, we will have a nice collection and then we can work on the main video?

Do we want to work on the Diversity Panel again for the next flock. I would like to open a new ticket or edit this one to plan all the activities diversity team wants to perform in next flock.
Some of them can be -
1. Hackathon or Workshop - Like FAD, we can work on some of the selective items/pagure tickets of diversity.
2. Presentation/talk - This can be done to showcase the diversity work, progress, a retro etc.
3. Panel - We can work on the last year's feedback and can prepare for diversity panel beforehand.
