Loving Fedora

Hi there, just installed fedora looking for ACPI support to power off my computer. Got it with little work but also really surprised with the core system. It's run much faster in my machine than rh9 and feel the graphics look better. Well, i'm a newbie buy i'm here to learn. I'm gonna start with the documentation guide and try emacs. I'd like to help with the documentation. I need some time but hope soon can help with translations (to spanish). The redhat-config-package can't read the cdrom, does someone knows about it? Hi, I'm new to the list so i must say "hi to the list members" first. I'm a system administrator from spain, exactly from Catalunya, using redhat for the last 5 years and i would like to help translation fedora to spanish. I don't know if there's a project or any other person who started translating, so i would want to know where i have to start. Hello, We'd like to create a website and a mailing list in french about Fedora. Is there anyone who has already began to translate it ? How can we manage: should we make an indipendant site or send you the translated pages ? (We already have a spaceweb for this : fedora.tuxfamily.org) Friendly yours. Colette and Alain.

Hi, sorry if this is a double posting. But in Fedora beta 3 release 0.95 (Severn) i found a translation error in the Menu. Under System Configuration (Systemeinstellungen) i found "Drucke" instead of "Drucken" or "Drucker" (print, printer) Where can i told this failsure? in bugzilla.redhat.com? Just the Documentation Guide? >- Karsten Hi Karsten, well i tried to build the Documentation Guide from the CVS, exactly the example tutorial to test ist out before translating some docs. Many people asked me if i canŽt provide printable docs and now im stucked... As i said everything worked fine till converting XML to PDF cause the admonition arenŽt shown. I tried to run the xmlto script with the option -x main-html.xsl html-nochunks But it didn`t worked. Except without giving the option -x which defines the official stylesheet for Fedora documentations. The output was one html file whith black sections instead of red and without admonitions....
