I just sent some new POT and PO for the release notes content to the
git repositories. There were a couple of XML files missing from the
manifest that needed to be added. I apologize for both the oversight
and the change.

That's an ugly typo! ;)

And here is another one.
Great work anyway!

#12: Edit and rewrite Beats
----------------------+-----------------------------------------------------
Reporter: quaid | Owner: quaid
Type: task | Status: closed
Priority: major | Milestone: PR-ready
Component: Content | Version:
Resolution: fixed | Keywords:

Changes (by quaid):

* resolution: => fixed
Comment:
Edited and rewritten on the wiki before conversion. Could have been
better, suffered from not getting usual "edit as they are written"
treatment. Team was at a disadvantage with changes in wiki notification
from MediaWiki; if a change email arrives and is not responded to, no more
change emails arrive. Great for flooding prevention, but forces RSS usage
instead, which is a different method. We didn't realize this until late
in the process, thus the content needed more editing than usual. Some
change had to be made later on the XML side that were missed in the
initial wiki edit.

#8: Port content from Beta release notes to Beats in wiki

Changes (by quaid):

Comment:
This was only completed to a limited degree. In the end we did not fully
sync back to the wiki for several reasons:
* Out of time
* Thinking of changing the process in the future to make the XML notes
canonical once the conversion is complete
* What would the wiki be then?
** Would we stop all work there by non-Docs folks?
** Or do we let people edit, with the note that they need to reference the
XML build to see what might be fixed already?
Something we're pondering for F11.

Did we get these? I know I didn't create them but I seem to recall
someone might have worked on them. Sorry for the lack of clue.
