The fedora.redhat.com/projects/translations/ page is currently pointing to the fedora-devel list, Shouldn't it be pointing to the fedora-docs instead?

Not really, it applies to translations of the software too.

It should probably be clarified to point to fedora-devel-list for software translations and fedora-docs-list for documentation translation since it seems like we have a pretty good thread going here about docs translations. I'll put that on my TODO list.
