Thanks for the info. I will contact them. And for the link, I found it while testing the upgrade from Fedora 32 to Fedora 33 using gnome, we get an option of learn more. On clicking it, we are redirected to this link.

As Ankur said, the page doesn't exist because we're still about a month away from the release. If you're getting that message from GNOME Software, you may have set it to check for pre-release in the past. Try running the following command:
gsettings reset org.gnome.software show-upgrade-prerelease
