Japanese team is looking at to translate the above guides. I can not locate Resource Manage Guide in Transifex. Can you point where to find?

I'm not familiar with the Resource Management Guide. Perhaps it's new? The Cloud Guide is in its infancy and the POT files aren't available just yet.

Martin, I can see the section called 'Preparing a document for translation' in Publican Users Guide [1]. Does this help?

As I had some chat with Rudi and heard that it is feasible to efficiently save translation effort of community by merging RHEL6 Japanese version [1] to Fedora. Could you kindly merge RHEL6 ja.po with Fedora ja.po? I am understanding that there is no copy right issue on this, but please advise if any concern.

Here is the list of the languages which have a chance to get RH translation. I am not sure which language has been fully translated and which has not been though. You can check at www.redhat.com/docs/

Indeed! It's great that open-source projects have the freedom to choose from a variety of platforms, and the same applies for Fedora too.
