Hi, My name is Dan Seefeldt. I'm on the DotNet team at Microsoft, working on source-build. I'd like to work with the DotNet SIG to help get DotNet Core to a state where it can be included in the official Fedora repo archive. To that end, I've added an engineering plan to try to get a handle on the outstanding areas we have where we don't meet the packaging guidelines.
