Hello!

I would like to join the Fedora dotnet SIG! I am a Fedora contributor and ambassador in Serbia who uses the new dotnet tools on daily basis. Here is my wiki page: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Nmilosev

I've tried packaging dotnet in my copr, but it's pretty terrible. It doesn't compile from source, and it bundles libicu from F23 so that cli tools work. It works but it's a pretty nasty hack. We would probably have to write a patch so that dotnet uses latest libicu version.

I would like to help properly package dotnet tools in Fedora, with help from more experienced packagers. :)

Let me know what are the next steps, and add me to the FAS group if possible.
