For would be +1, abstain 0, against -1
This makes it nice and easy to count etc.

Version 2.1 supports * traditional range voting * simplified range voting (where the max != the number of candidates) * select vote (select which candidate you want, with a maximum selection) * simple vote (select 1 candidate in the list)
So it's not exactly what's asked here, do we still want the -1/0/+1 approach?
