EPEL-ANNOUNCE python-werkzeug update

It is our (maintainers and co-maintainers of the python-flask package) goal to get Flask 0.9 in EPEL. As the first step toward this goal, I have picked up the orphaned python-werkzeug, and we need to update it to a newer version, compatible with Flask. I've built (http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=4239046) Werkzeug 0.8.3 for EPEL 6, and am about to push it to EPEL 6 testing. As such, we've obtained approval (as per the incompatible upgrades policy: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL_incompatible_upgrades_policy) to proceed with updating Werkzeug. el6: buildbot needs newer python-spinx and python-sqlalchemy

I tried to build buildbot 0.8.6 for EL6 but failed. I've found two different issues related to old dependencies. First, I can't build the docs because the setup script use sphinx domains, available only from 1.0 onward. I could (and did) avoid building the docs and still obtain an usable package but it fails to work because of SQLAlchemy. The minimum supperte version is 0.6, but we have 0.5.5. rt3 upgrade problem from testing repo

Hi, I have just migrated rt3 from fedora11 3.8.2 to RHEL6.3 x86_64 3.8.10. This seems to have succeeded and is working flawlessly - and I wanted to use a rt3 version without known security risks. But... upgrading to the testing version does not work. I have checked the same command before 6.2 to 6.3 upgrade and there were no missing dependencies. It did not pull in Spamassassin I recall. So it can either be a problem with 6.3 or the testing repo I think... [root@rt3 ~]# yum update rt3 --enablerepo=epel-testing ...
