Costs fluctuate quite often. * If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful? (Yes/No?) Yes * If Yes, specify the minimum amount you need covered to facilitate your attendance. I can pay approx $300 USD myself. So, I need approx. $890. I will also cover all local expenses (flights/trains) to reach venue from anywhere in India. * What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.) I have submitted two talks (kernel/userspace tracing and UI/UX), one hackfest (AskFedora redesign/beautification) and one workshop(kernel module programming). I would like to deliver some of these if they get selected. Apart from that, it would be a good opportunity to meet Fedora and RH community once again back in Pune. * If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. I primarily contribute to gnome-games, I'm looking to understand more projects and expand my scope of contributions from games to at least one core module. They already have a banner about fudcon in their website linking to fudconlatam.org This is a relationship so they want some things back, most of them real fair. They want picture of local team to have a profile of the local community with a brief introduction. This is good both ways. They want to publish articles dealing with freesoftware. Most blogs are CC-BY so there is no problem so far. The only issue is to raise quality on the writting. This should be our goal as well. At the moment the only request that has been difficult, is that they ask us to provide a talk on friday 24 at UNAN that will having a technological fair. This day is the busiest day for us at FUDCon.
