Question on the badges: in the past we used preprinted badges for preregistrants, and closed the list when we cut off freebies, thus resulting in handwritten badges for those who didn't get freebies. This time we've kept the list open. I think we should print badges for everyone who's on the list, but we will need to tell who gets lunch +shirt+FUDpub.
I propose white names on dark blue background for <=130 and blue names on white for >130. Any objections?

+1 Awesome. I figure I'll be bringing 300 namebadge holders, if anyone thinks that's not enough let me know. (They come in increments of 100.)

300 will be plenty -- if we have >300 people, namebadge holders are the least of our problems!

Last time, IIRC, we had shirt sizes for people who got freebies in small text in a corner of their badge, and no shirt size if they were after the magic 130. I don't know which one would work better, but I think this one would cause the least confusion -- no shirt size, no shirt.

Yes, I have the shirt size in grey in the corner, but it's not big enough to easily spot at lunch or FUDPub.
