Hi maria!
I'll try to join the meeting, but I can't guarantee (today is the last day of the EuroPython Conference and it's a mess here)
Anyway Samuele can join the meeting and you should found all the information on the shared document (it's up to date)
Can maybe schedule ankther meeting next week when is convenient for you to see few other details together?
Let me know Take care Francesco

Yeah, it seems we all had troubles today... Francesco was at a conference, María was on the road, and I was tied up for part of the time as well :-(

I'm glad the shared Google Docs file is up to date, but I'd really like to see this information updated on the wiki. We use the wiki as the primarily location for the information, and up until now it's been lacking information.

Yes, I think that would be great. Is there a time on Monday or Tuesday that works well for you? We *could* wait until our regularly scheduled time on Friday, but since we didn't have a meeting last week, I'm hesitant to put things off an entire week.

Hello guys.
are Friday's a good day for you to held a meeting? I'm starting to think that this might not be the best time, since has been hard to have a on-time meeting with you guys.
Should we do a whenisgood to re-schedule FUDcon EMEA meeting?
Jared, did you had a chance to have at least an informal meeting?
Hi folks, do you have any ETA on getting the location fixed. I'm currently planning to bring several people from the Brno Red Hat office to FUDCon and few things would be a great help for us.
Preliminary schedule. We need to book tickets as soon as possible also to get them into the right expense quarter and we need to know a preliminary schedule for all days. (Shall we leave already on Sunday afternoon or will there by some events planned)
Also few people are still undecided whether they would come or not. Do you already started gathering talk proposals or at least the most interesting ones that would attract people?
Last thing, a suggestion that I have after the experience on FUDCon Zurich .. barcamps are really great and the fixed talks didn't really get that large attention. I'd love to see a set of proposed talks and based on that we can get people interested in coming and also get them running as soon as possible.
Thanks a lot
Radek

I still haven't received any response from you, so I'm assuming we're planning on our regular Friday 15:00 UTC meeting. Does that still work, or should we pick a new time?
