The F24 branch sync-upstream script has been fixed to work
with the release/2.23/master branch.
I also hacked up the script to avoid slashes in the name
rather than working around them by rewriting the bits of
the script that don't function with slashes.
For safety I stopped the script just before `git commit`,
so you can run it but you have to do:
* review results
* git commit
* fedpkg push
* fedpkg build
In rawhide I fixed up the script a bit better by detecting
branch==master and using that to decide to do the commit
and other actions e.g. production vs. development.
