The glibc Fedora Rawhide branch must remain frozen against glibc 2.25
stable branch until F26 branches. We have to say this way for another
19 days (2017-02-28)[1].
We can continue to work on branches if we want, but Rawhide master
should not be synchronized with upstream master until the branch.

support older architectures:
ยท IBM system Z models z9 or newer(64-bit).
Can we really upgrade to z12 at this point?
