[go-rpm-macros] Issue #19: LDFlags Macro Typos

bex reported a new issue against the project: `go-rpm-macros` that you are following: `` While working with a new package, I needed some LDFlags passed. I am using this construction in my spec: ``` %build LDFLAGS="-X foo=bar " %gobuild ... ``` I have to put the space in quotes at the end as we appear to have space expansion errors. In order to do that, ask ~kindly~ Michal Konecny <mkonecny(a)redhat.com> to refresh all Golang projects manually. Some package still need to be unbootstrapped: golang-uber-zap/golang-uber-zap.spec golang-github-influxdata-influxdb/golang-github-influxdata-influxdb.spec golang-k8s-kubernetes/golang-k8s-kubernetes.spec They need a lot of new dependencies to be packaged to make that work. It wasn't possible for me to finish the unbootstrapping within a reasonable delay and I won't have the time to pursue this. go2rpm needs to be packaged. There might be a couple of bugs remaining but the base functionality is there. If anyone feels up to the task, please package it and assign the go-sig to it afterwards. dep vs godep

Hi, I'm going through the remaining executables to update to the latest Go macros, and I see that the dep package contains Obsoletes:godep. Firstly, there's no version, which is against recommendations. Secondly, godep is not retired. So what's going on here? -- Elliott

Why are bootstrap compilers installed?

Is this really necessary? $ ls -lh /usr/lib/golang/pkg/bootstrap/bin/ total 31M -rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 4.4M May 9 09:28 asm -rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 4.7M May 9 09:28 cgo -rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 16M May 9 09:28 compile -rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 5.7M May 9 09:28 link These compilers shouldn't be needed after the build, right? So they shouldn't be installed and shipped in the RPM (and neither the corresponding .a files). Thanks, Florian
