Description of problem:
F22 Gnome desktop crashes during bluejeans video conf session as moderator
starts/stops desktop sharing
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Env
Fedora 22:
Hardware: Lenove Thinkpad X1 Carbon
[mharvey@mhx1carbon ~]$ uname -a
Linux mhx1carbon 4.0.6-300.fc22.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Jun 23 13:58:53 UTC 2015
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Browser: Firefox 38.0.5
How reproducible:
This crash repeated several times this morning exactly at the time the
Bluejeans moderator starts/stops desktop sharing
Steps to Reproduce:
I was joining a Bluejeans video session on https://redhat.bluejeans.com. Every
time the meeting moderator used the bluejeans desktop sharing feature to pass
the baton to another presenter, my Gnome desktop would crash. It was very
consistent.
1) running F22 env listed above, join a bluejeans session initiated by someone
else,
2) Have that session moderator used the bluejeans desktop sharing feature
(start/stop sharing) to pass the baton to another presenter.
3) Observe Gnome desktop crash.
You'll have to login to a new desktop and restart your browser and join the
bluejeans session again. This is an ugly crash!
Actual results:
Gnome desktop crash
Expected results:
No Gnome desktop Crash
