Hi, Information has been added now on current support of dictionaries in Fedora for Indic languages. You can find it here => https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/I18N/Indic#Dictionaries

Also, remember that we are using hunspell packages as primary dictionary for spell checking. So, if for any languages hunspell dictionary is not present then aspell dictionary is searched. If aspell is also not present then ispell package for that language is searched. This is current fallback order used in Fedora.
